Weight loss journey day #2

Well, it’s time to face the truth. I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and I’m starting college in less than 2 months. I’m terrified of not looking my best when I arrive at my new home. So, I’ve decided to dedicate the month of August to getting healthy again. This includes a fairly light workout each day (I work full time and can’t make it to the gym) and a moderately strict diet consisting only of meat, eggs, veggies, fruit and tea. My starting weight is 167 pounds and I’m trying to make it to the 140-145 lb range. I’ll be giving updates daily not only to help me stay on track but to try and encourage others that losing weight is possible and you have plenty of support.
